Overnight in Marrakech
After breakfast, transfer to Marrakech Menara International Airport for your departure flight, taking with you unforgettable memories from two of North Africa's most fascinating destinations.
Your journey includes an international flight connecting Egypt and Morocco (typically Cairo to Casablanca). A representative will assist with airport transfers, immigration, and baggage handling at both ends. Entry visa requirements differ by country: Egypt offers visas on arrival or e-Visas for many nationalities, while Morocco offers visa-free entry or e-Visas depending on your passport.
In both destinations, you will travel in private, air-conditioned luxury vehicles equipped with Wi-Fi and bottled water. You will be accompanied by university-degreed, English-speaking local guides licensed Egyptologist guides throughout Egypt and official local city guides in Moroccan hubs like Marrakech and Fes.
Smart-casual, lightweight, breathable clothing is ideal for daytime excursions. When visiting mosques, religious monuments, or conservative local medinas, shoulders and knees should be covered for both men and women. Women may also be asked to wear a headscarf when entering active places of worship in Cairo or Morocco.
Daily breakfast is included at all luxury hotels, with full-board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) provided during the Nile cruise portion. In Morocco, select regional specialty lunches and dinners (such as traditional tagines) are integrated into the itinerary. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, and allergy-restricted diets can be seamlessly catered to with advance notice.
The itinerary involves moderate walking over uneven terrain, ancient stone steps, sand dunes (in Morocco), and cobbled medina streets. While most major sites are manageable for standard fitness levels, private transfers and flexible pacing can be arranged for travelers needing assistance or step-free routing.
