Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to Ultimate Egypt. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (“the Client”) and Ultimate Egypt regarding all travel arrangements, tours, transportation, accommodations, and related services.

1. Booking & Reservation

Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment as stated in your quotation or invoice.

A booking confirmation and travel documents will be issued once payment has been successfully received.

Ultimate Egypt reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking before confirmation if circumstances require.

2. Prices & Inclusions

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your quotation and are based on current supplier rates, taxes, and exchange conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include only the services specifically listed in your itinerary.

Prices generally exclude:

  • International airfare
  • Entry visas
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Optional tours
  • Meals not mentioned
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Any item not specifically listed as included

Ultimate Egypt reserves the right to revise prices before booking confirmation if supplier rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, entrance fees, or government regulations change.

3. Payment Policy

Payment deadlines will be specified in your quotation or invoice.

Certain services—including luxury hotels, Nile cruises, domestic flights, charter services, and special event packages—may require higher deposits or full prepayment.

Failure to complete payment by the specified due date may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without guarantee of availability.

4. Amendments

Requests to modify a confirmed reservation are subject to availability.

Additional costs may apply depending on supplier policies.

Ultimate Egypt will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes whenever possible.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges vary according to the services booked and the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, cruise companies, and other suppliers.

Special events, festive periods, tailor-made itineraries, luxury accommodations, charter services, and non-refundable promotional rates may be subject to different cancellation conditions.

Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible after deducting any supplier cancellation charges and applicable administrative fees.

6. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • A valid passport
  • Required visas
  • Health documentation (if applicable)
  • Any documents required by airlines or government authorities

Ultimate Egypt cannot be held responsible for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler.

Your policy should ideally include coverage for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellation
  • Flight delays
  • Lost baggage
  • Personal liability
  • Emergency evacuation

Travel insurance remains the sole responsibility of the traveler.

8. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.

Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, disabilities, or mobility restrictions that may affect travel arrangements should be communicated before booking.

Ultimate Egypt will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements whenever possible.

9. Force Majeure

Ultimate Egypt shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • War or terrorism
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Airline operational disruptions
  • Transportation strikes
  • Unexpected supplier closures

Whenever possible, suitable alternatives will be offered.

10. Supplier Responsibility

Hotels, airlines, cruise companies, transportation providers, museums, attractions, and other suppliers operate independently.

Ultimate Egypt acts solely as an intermediary arranging services on behalf of the traveler and cannot accept responsibility for acts, omissions, delays, operational decisions, or service failures caused by third-party suppliers.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Respect local laws, customs, traditions, and cultural heritage.
  • Follow the instructions of guides, drivers, and local authorities.
  • Treat hotels, transportation, and historical sites responsibly.

Ultimate Egypt reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler’s behavior endangers others or causes serious disruption.
